4. Appointments and Cancellations

4.2. If you are unable to attend an appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.
4.3. We reserve the right to apply a cancellation or no-show fee for missed appointments or those cancelled with insufficient notice. This includes those patients on the MNM Membership plan. Details of any such fees are available upon request or may be displayed on our website.

5. Payments

5.1. All fees are payable at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
5.2. Online payments made via our website are processed securely through third-party providers. We do not store payment card details.
5.3. All prices are stated in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT.
5.4. Products purchased from our online shop are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order prior to dispatch if necessary.

6. Pet Insurance

6.1. Clients are responsible for payment of all fees directly to Max and Min Veterinary Practice, regardless of any insurance arrangements.
6.2. While we may assist with insurance claim forms, we are not responsible for delays, rejections, or non-payment by insurers.
6.3. Any outstanding balance remains the responsibility of the pet owner.

7. Prescription Policy

7.1. Prescriptions for veterinary medicines are provided in compliance with UK law and RCVS regulations.
7.2. A written prescription may be issued upon request, and a reasonable charge may apply.
7.3. We reserve the right to refuse or withhold a prescription if an animal has not been examined recently enough to ensure its ongoing health and safety.
7.4. Repeat prescriptions may require re-examination at intervals determined by the attending veterinary surgeon.

8. Telemedicine and Online Consultations

8.1. Video or remote consultations are conducted only where clinically appropriate.
8.2. You acknowledge that telemedicine has inherent limitations and may not be suitable for all cases.
8.3. We reserve the right to recommend an in-person examination if deemed necessary for accurate diagnosis or treatment.

8.4 Consultations fees will apply and will be chargeable prior to the appointment

9. Online Shop and Product Sales

9.1. Products offered for sale on our website are subject to availability and applicable delivery terms.
