It provides peace of mind having a response from a qualified vet within minutes anytime, anyplace as long as you have your smartphone or tablet handy

Ask our vets any questions about your pet and get a prompt personalised video response direct to your phone.

The advice given will help owners decide if a face to face consult is necessary & how urgent.

How to sign up?

Simply download the Vidivet app from the App or Play Store and follow the steps to sign up.

There is a monthly charge (£8.99) to use this fantastic service but the great news is that this service is completely free to all our clients with an active MNM Membership plan!

You will receive a unique link to the service when you sign up which will give you free access to the Vidivet service.
