Repeat Prescriptions

You can now order your repeat prescriptions online using the form below.​

To use this service you must be a registered patient of Max & Min Veterinary Practice and we must have seen your pet within the last 3-12 months depending on the medication dispensed.

The medication will need to be authorised, checked and dispensed by a vet prior to collection.
